Club Las Calas is a timeshare holiday resort, conveniently situated in Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote in the Canary Islands. It has 145 apartments and has a wide range of leisure and sporting facilities.
The Club itself has over 5,000 members, of whom the majority are from the UK and Norway, although owners live throughout Europe and as far afield as Russia, Turkey and Australia.
The Club is entirely owned by its members and managed on a day-to-day basis by Resort Solutions Limited, whose activities are overseen by an elected Owners’ Committee. The apartments themselves are held in Trust in order to safeguard Members’ interests.
Club Las Calas is affiliated to RCI and is an RCI Gold Crown ® resort. This enables apartment owners, who are members of RCI, to exchange their Las Calas weeks for holidays at RCI resorts worldwide. Club Las Calas also offers resort exchanges through Dial-an-Exchange and apartments at the resort are also available to rent at very attractive prices.
